This friendly staff really sets a tone for the beginning of our sessions. They treated guest to a glass of wine on their way to meet in the private lounge, where they could relax and make any last minute checks to outfits, hair, lipstick. From there my assistant Kamryn and myself checked in and talked about how we would be spending the next 15 mins. I know this doesn't sound like a lot of time, but with a plan it was plenty.
