Russian River Vineyards is a beautiful location for a Wine Country Wedding! Northern California usually has pretty predictable weather, not this June afternoon! Overcast skies with a slight threat of rain made for nice even lighting on everyones faces. A photographers dream. Not only that but, photographing a wedding almost in my backyard is the best!
We made it through ceremony, family formals, and almost all the way through cocktail hour before the drizzle started! Good thing Lilianna from Milestone Event planning had a plan in place, and also good to note that Russian River Vineyards has an indoor option. Not all venues do!
These amazing floral arraignments from Heather who owns Floral designs by Heather did an amazing job with the bouquets and centerpieces! They complimented the table decor (Encore Event Rentals) perfectly.
Kelly and Pat your day was a dream! From beginning to end! Relaxed and full of love and laughter. Starting with all of your family getting ready at a perfect VRBO! (I just loved the nieces and nephew being included in this part of the day!) Down to the sweet personal touches during your ceremony with your good friend on guitar and another reading a favorite poem.
My favorite part of the day? The speeches! Who knows you better than your siblings? No one! They always know how to get you right where it hurts and then bring it back with the best punch line! Pat your sister especially had everyone in stitches with the haircut story!
We cant forget about my other favorite part of the day, the couples portraits. Sometimes called sunset photos. Well we did not have much of a sunset with all of those clouds but we were able to grab some beautiful portraits in the vines and under the giant oak tree. The sweetness was almost to much to handle!
