Earlier this year, Pratik and Chitra said “I do” on a breathtaking hillside at Limerick Lane Cellars in Healdsburg, California—surrounded by their children, families, and a vibrant gathering of friends. The view stretched endlessly over the vineyard-covered hillsides, the sky was glowing, and the atmosphere was filled with joy, music, and meaning. This was more than a wedding—it was the beginning of a new chapter for a beautiful family.

 

A Deeply Personal Wedding Day

Before the big day, Pratik expressed how important it was that their two children be included in every part of the celebration. He didn’t just want them there for the ceremony—he wanted them to feel it. To be a part of the moments, big and small. So from the very beginning of the day, we took care to document the quiet smiles, gentle hugs, and spontaneous bursts of joy between the couple and their children. These connections—woven into every corner of the day—made the entire celebration even more meaningful.

Blending Cultures, Traditions & Style

One of the most incredible parts of this wedding was how it beautifully blended Eastern and Western traditions. The couple hosted their wedding at a luxury Airbnb adjacent to Limerick Lane Cellars, offering a stunning and intimate wine country experience. With valet parking, a hilltop ceremony site, and sunset views over the vineyards, it felt like a dream from start to finish.

The day began with a lively Baraat, where Pratik made his entrance in full celebration mode—drumming, dancing, and surrounded by family and friends. The energy was electric, a perfect lead-up to the Hindu wedding ceremony under a stunning mandap filled with florals and framed by vineyard views.

The ceremony was full of heartfelt moments, symbolism, and reverence. There’s something incredibly moving about watching traditions that have been passed down for generations being carried forward into a new union—especially in a setting as serene as Limerick Lane’s hillside.

Elegant Dinner in the Olive Grove

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a stylish cocktail hour with signature drinks and mouthwatering bites. As golden hour approached, dinner was served in a gorgeous olive grove overlooking rows upon rows of grapevines. Long banquet tables were decorated with fresh florals, candles, and thoughtful details, offering guests an unforgettable experience of dining under the stars. The menu was a delicious spread of traditional Indian cuisine—flavorful, festive, and deeply tied to the couple’s roots.

This setting—nestled between vineyard and sky—was a photographer’s dream and a deeply romantic way to continue the celebration.

After the couple cut their cake, the evening turned into an all-out dance party, led by the kids who were living their best lives on the 3D light-up dance floor! The mix of elegant décor, heartfelt speeches, and vibrant celebration created the kind of wedding evening that people remember for years to come.

It was the perfect ending to a day full of tradition, family, and joy.
