MINI-SESSION Terms and Conditions

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 15 minutes of shooting time. With an online gallery of no less then 30 images to choose your 3 digital downloads from. You will be ale to download directly through your gallery, with a coupon for your 3 images. Additional images and products are available for purchase.

MODEL RELEASE: I hereby give permission to Studio J Photography to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, trade,  editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I am over 18 years of age, and I fully understand the terms of this release. 

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable. If a cancelation is necessary a session credit will be given.

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 30 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Studio J Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions for commercial use.
